The PhD-Community Initiative at Queen’s University and Kingston Economic Development Corporation are exploring strategies to support retirees or individuals in their late careers to engage in entrepreneurship, mentoring and 2nd or 3rd careers. The PhD-Community Initiative is a program in which teams of students partner with community organizations to support an issue of strategic importance to their operations. Kingston Economic Development Corporation would like to explore strategies to encourage and support retirees or individuals in their late careers who want to pursue entrepreneurship, start second or third careers, or share their expertise as a mentor. We want to hear from you to better understand how to support them. It is anticipated to take 15 minutes to complete.
