Your time is valuable!
How can you be more mindful about this? Here are 5 ways:

1. Make time and space for people that matter.
2. Turn off news alerts on your phone that only bring you stress.
3. Unfollow people and pages that don't bring you joy.
4. Stop engaging in conflict with people you can't find a common ground.
5. Let go of ______________________.

The point is, you get to decide what you pay attention to.

You're in charge! Of course, there will always be important world issues and current events that you want to stay in the know about (that's a given) but you can still have awareness of what you're paying attention to for your own sanity and mental health.
