If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Who you are:

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to ex*****on. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns across: Google, social media and Amazon.
Design, build and maintain our company’s social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, ROAS and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
Collaborate with other agencies and other vendor partners
Advantage will be given to the ones who can show:

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns, managing product data feeds
Highly creative and experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, Spyfu, WebTrends, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Facebook Business Manager, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Google Ads)
Working knowledge of any ad serving tools is beneficial (e.g. Adroll, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Campaign Strategy:

Ads Management:

Create, administer and execute relevant paid social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, etc. to increase brand exposure and lead generation.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Conduct A/B Testing to measure, analyze and optimize the value of the campaign.

Monitor and optimize ads throughout the campaign.

Proactive Content Creation:
Visiting clients independently or in collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator to capture real-time content (photos and videos) and/or onsite social media sharing
On-site social sharing: Visit clients at their locations or events to take pictures, videos, and other forms of content that will be posted on their social networks. I.e., Facebook live, Instagram live, Pictures, etc.

Understand client needs and formulate ideas for content and paid ads
Content Refinement:

Provide clients and the internal team with creative direction for client’s social media marketing campaigns, content, and paid Facebook/Instagram advertising.
Responsive Reporting:

Track social media campaigns to ensure they are achieving intended results

Research competitors and trends.
Analyze and report on KPI’s
Deliver reporting & analytics to clients & team

Other Tasks:

Work with agency partners and lead agency teams in an integrated fashion
Schedule content for the client’s social networks and monitor social media accounts.

Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients industries

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Social Media, Business, PR, or related fields (either completed or nearing completion).
Minimal experience working in social media marketing.
A team player with the confidence to lead and work independently and collaboratively with others (i.e, content development, creation and editing of content, run ads, etc).
Knowledge of the inner workings of the majority of these social networks; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
Knowledge of Final Cut and Premiere Pro
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
Creative ability to edit and conceptualize photos/videos for social media content & advertising.
Self Starter and driven to grow business and personally
An effective communicator, technologically savvy, creative & innovative.
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
Occasional weekend hours may be required for live social media sharing.
Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Additional duties may be required.
