Un gestionnaire de réseaux sociaux, c’est quoi exactement? ✨

Je me fais poser la question très souvent et malheureusement (trop) souvent on pense que je passe mes journées sur les réseaux sociaux.

Si tu croyais que c’étais ça être gestionnaire de réseaux sociaux (eh bien, you are wrong). 🙃

Oui, je me retrouve très souvent derrière mon ordinateur, mais souvent c’est pour:

🤍 Brainstormer sur de nouveaux projets clients (stratégie)
🤍 Analyser des données, résultats, comptes & statistiques
🤍 Préparer du contenu et/ou gérer un projet en cours
🤍 Assurer le suivi de certaines demandes, échéanciers et objectifs
🤍 S’occuper des finances & de la facturation (mon dada);
🤍 Et bien plus!

Comment planifier son contenu stratégiquement et efficacement? ✨

Il existe plusieurs solutions, en voici une assez simple à suivre:

#1.
Détermine le nombre de publications à créer par semaine.

🤍 Astuce: mise sur la constance et non la perfection. Tu peux sans aucun doute inclure tes reels à ce nombre et y prévoir quelques stories supplémentaires.

#2.
Garde bien en vue ton objectif principal.

💥 Exemple: Connexion, notoriété, visibilité, proximité, ventes, etc.

#3.
Détermine tes piliers de contenu et utilise les en rotation tout simplement.

#4.
Il ne te reste qu’à trouver le type de visuel souhaité et le sujet pour chaque publication.

N’oublie pas de garder en tête ce que ton lecteur veut voir/consommer.

✍🏼 Astuce:

Ajoute une question ou un verbe à l’impératif à la fin de ta caption, c’est prouvé, ça augmentera automatiquement ton engagement!

Exemple:

N’oublie pas d'enregistrer la publication pour y revenir plus t**d 💾

✨ Know your main goals & your audience (it’s all about having a clear vision & a strategy).

✨ Create your own content pillars (3 to 5 are a good number). It’ll make your planning easier.

✨ Plan ahead (I cannot repeat this enough, creativity will not be present 24/7). Make sure you have time slots in your schedule to plan & create content. Establish a routine for your business to keep you accountable.

✨ Consistency and a clear plan are key.
I highly recommend using a calendar on Air Table (it’s free and user-friendly) to structure your content and your ideas.

✨ Analyze your insights - your audience is what will keep you alive, make sure you know what they like and what they want to see.
