Thinking I’ll redirect my prayers for him to sleep through the night instead 😉

It’s much simpler than I ever thought possible…

Instead of creating content hoping to land brand deals or selling a digital product, I’ve aligned myself with a high-ticket product that’s already helping thousands of people elevate their health.

And the best part? All I had to do was plug into an automated system that allows me to give people the information they need to decide if it’s a fit for them.

So my role feels less like a sales pitch, and more about supporting people in getting what they need to make an informed decision.

And because I’m able to depend on automation instead of repeating myself over and over again, well… that gives me the space to do whatever I want in a day, with my family.

So to anyone out there thinking you need to be “influencer” material to create a successful business online, you don’t.

My son’s “testimony” should be proof of that 😉

I really value having simple things at home that help me take care of myself, without needing to plan around appointments or leave the house.

🌼 Epilady
I’ve been using this for years. It’s cost-effective, and I’ll usually put on a movie while I use it (so it feels more like downtime than a task).

🌼 At-home facials
• Coffee grounds + olive oil → a little coffee goes a long way & make sure you gently massage it over the skin.

• Plain Greek yogurt → cooling, calming, and supportive for the skin barrier. Apply to clean skin for 10–15 minutes, then rinse and moisturize.

🌼 Pranamat
It’s super intense at first, but oh my… when the endorphins kick in, it’s something else. This doesn’t replace a massage, but it’s a great way to release tension and get a great night sleep.

I still enjoy getting out for appointments, but in this season of life, I lean on what’s accessible, simple, and easy to return to regularly!

Are you more of an appointments kind of person
or at-home self-care?

To be honest, I didn’t even realize this kind of life was an option.

I thought you either did it all, or gave up one income to stay home.

And with the cost of living today, I completely understand why so many mothers choose the first.

But I also knew… I wasn’t cut out for it.

Even working part-time in a career I loved, I felt stretched thin. Like I was constantly being pulled in two directions.

Grateful for what I had, but quietly frustrated by how little time it left me with my family.

And that feeling didn’t go away, so I listened to it!

Not by giving everything up “just for me”, but by finding a way to create, connect, and contribute while still being present at home.

Now, my work supports my family without taking me away from it.

It’s 2026, we’re not limited to the paths we’ve been shown. And I really believe more women deserve to know this is possible.

I’ll be opening up 5 spots for my mentorship container starting in July!

If this is something you’ve been thinking about, comment “HOME” and I’ll share the 3-step strategy that helped me start earning from home to see if this is a fit for you 🤍

Some of these I learned quickly, others took longer.

Some, I’m still working on…

I have no regrets, just better insight on what is helping me through motherhood.

But for myself, the crib one always makes me laugh. 😉

What would you tell yourself if you could go back?

With the exception of the flours, and maple syrup (depending on the recipe) the rest of these are 1 for 1 swaps!

Coconut sugar:
Less processed and retains trace minerals like iron, zinc, and potassium.

Maple syrup:
Less refined and contains trace minerals like manganese and zinc.

Raw cacao powder:
Higher in antioxidants and magnesium since it’s less processed than regular cocoa.

Ceylon cinnamon:
Supports healthy blood sugar balance and circulation, with lower coumarin levels than regular cinnamon.

Whole spelt flour:
Less refined and contains more fiber and protein than white flour.

Buckwheat flour:
Naturally gluten-free and rich in minerals like magnesium and rutin (great for circulation).

70% dark chocolate:
Lower in sugar and higher in antioxidants compared to milk chocolate.

Pictured is buckwheat banana pancakes that tasted like dessert for breakfast!

I’ll have the recipe card ready for that by next week if you’re looking for something sweet without the sugar crash.

Comment PANCAKE and I’ll put you on the waitlist for the recipe when it’s first released ✨
