Ive been loving making these brownies fresh almost every day!! I’m so happy to be sharing healthy and tasty treats with those I love!
These brownies are 100% vegan and I’ve been told they are also Paleo!
They are made with dates, cacao, walnuts, vanilla, coconut oil, agave, and sea salt. My brother who doesn’t like dates, loves these and says they don’t even taste like dates! Just soft and chewy goodness that won’t leave you feeling bloated or tired after. They are energizing, wholesome comfort food!

Since i received this dehydrator as a gift, I haven’t stopped using it! I’ve been drying fruits, making macaroons, crackers, and even kale in it! There are so many amazing things we can do with a dehydrator. As opposed to heating our food at high temperature, dehydrating foods allows the nutrients to stay unchanged and our bodies absorb them better and digest them better.
Here is my latest creation, that I got up at 5 am to flip over 😅
I didn’t follow a particular recipe... I created my own with some guidelines I had in mind. I knew I had to include flax, psyllium, carrots, zucchini, onion, garlic, herbs and walnuts. My friends and love to tell me what goes in the dish......they just never tell me how much 😂❤️so I just went with my instinct and what felt right.
I added sundried tomatoes to the mix, pine nuts, almonds, more garlic, more onions, some celery, red pepper, and a little bit of hot sauce and put it all together in the food processor until it became like a thick sauce. 🔥
I used parchment paper since I don’t have dehydrating sheets, and flattened some of the mixture into round shape pizzas and crackers! At 115 degrees for about 8 hours (more or less depending), flipping them once half way through ‘baking’
Tomorrow I will top them with fresh veggies and taste them!! I’ll also share my full recipe once I put it together nicely ❤️🌱

Gonna use that time to get extra creative in the kitchen! I’m attempting my first all live, all vegan, gluten-free pizza!! Inspired by my friends India, Cherry and Ozzie, I’m going into it intuitively with no particular recipe and we’ll see how it goes!! 🤞 With carrots, zucchini, onion, red pepper, garlic, basil, sundried tomatoes, flax seeds, psyllium husk, walnuts, pine nuts, herbs...hmmm did I forget anything? 🌿 🌿🌿
