Your spring reset starts here 🌅

Join us in April and May for a series of facilitated outdoor experiences designed to help you slow down, notice more deeply, and reconnect with place.

Each session runs 1:00 - 4:00 pm in Musquodoboit Harbour and is offered on a sliding scale of $45 - 80.

April 19 - Seeing Like a Naturalist
Learn to truly notice through wildlife tracking, landscape reading, and ecological observation.

May 3 - Hidden Curriculum of the Outdoors
Explore the deeper learning that naturally grows through teamwork, resilience, and self-awareness.

May 10 - Slowing Down Like Nature
Use guided outdoor practices to support mental health, reflection, and a more grounded pace.

May 17 - Adventure in the Everyday
Discover how local microadventures can create meaningful connection and impact.
