What does it take to pull off a 3-Day Event with over 130 guests from around the globe? 🌎
It takes A TON of planning behind the scenes to make it all come together.
Timelines, logistics, transportation schedules, vendors, weather plans, last-minute changes, a million little details, and plenty of “how are we going to pull this off?” moments. 😂
This year I had the absolute pleasure of helping coordinate the 2026 Thinkers Summit again.
This was ThinkOn’s third year back to North Bay for their summit, but that doesn’t mean they get the same experience twice.
What I love about working with ThinkOn is their genuine love for North Bay, and their enthusiasm to have a truly northern experience.
For many of the Thinkers, this is their first time meeting members of their team offline and in person!

Together, we strive to create unique experiences with surprises around every corner.
We planned a “Back to the Future” themed dinner with partners at Black Saddle Estate.
Delicious BBQ themed dinner catered by THE NOBLE STEED.

Dinner at The Boat North Bay followed by the Pre-Block Party downtown.
The Broome Turners provided musical entertainment for our night at The Cove where we had a truly northern Bear’s Fish Fry on Trout Lake.
