These are some of the strategies that I have worked on and would like to share with you:
1๏ธโฃ Write down all your long term goals in a note book. So, you know where you are going and what your objectives are.
2๏ธโฃ Prepare a weekly plan based on your goals and your workload at your workplace, business, etc. Prioritize the most urgent and important tasks on your list.
3๏ธโฃ Prepare a daily plan based on your weekly plan.
4๏ธโฃ Keep track of your work time and ensure to take 15 minutes break after each 60 minutes of work. This can be different for different people.
5๏ธโฃ Make sure that you are taking break for at least one day in the week to refresh for the upcoming week.
6๏ธโฃ Include exercise in your daily plan.
