Every customer interaction has the potential to go two ways.
1. You do not fulfill on your promises to offer a stellar customer experience, which could lead to a poor online review, and a loss of so much future business through upsells and referrals down the road.
2. You offer a great experience, and might get a review or referral out of the experience. On top of that they may be a reoccurring customer who buys from you more than once. If you get a referral from the customers, then that has unlimited potential for you to continue to expand your customer network and significantly increase your bottom line!
Don't burn bridges with any customer! Ever!
You have two choices, but I highly recommend you leave your customers in a better position then before you met. Provide a fantastic customer experience, and increase every customers lifetime value!
