It’s paint colour testing day!!!

We bought this house recently and I can’t look at these blue walls and pink carpet any longer.

The day is finally (almost) here to repaint and install new wood floors!!!

What do you think? šŸ¤”

It’s so easy to convince yourself that you need an expensive studio, professional lights, and a full production team before you can start posting.

In reality? My camera crew consists of a sleeping baby and a dog acting as a tripod weight. Use what you have, get creative, and just press record!

Showing up on camera is tough, especially when you have no idea what you're going to say. šŸ˜…

That’s why I take all the thinking away for my clients. I build a clear, organized plan so you can just show up, be yourself, and speak genuinely. You handle being authentic; we take care of the behind-the-scenes to get everything ready to post.

What’s your biggest hurdle when it comes to hitting record? Drop it in the comments!

There's something I can't stop thinking about ever since I finished editing a client's video series.

When I first started creating content, my first thought was, "How am I going to record, edit, and post every single day without burning out?"

But it's not that the task was impossible. It was just inefficient.

We all have an invisible ceiling based on what we think we have to do all by ourselves. The moment we find a better workflow, that ceiling starts to move.

So I want you to imagine having your own personal content fairy.

You have an idea you want to share with the world, so you show up, look pretty, hit record, and voila… all of a sudden, you have a folder of ready-to-go content sitting right there.

That's exactly what I hope my clients feel like when they work with me.

Building a brand isn't about doing every single piece of heavy lifting alone. It's about building a system that lets you focus on your actual genius.

Stop grinding through the parts of the process that drain you. Work with people who make the impossible feel effortless.

This feeling hits me every time someone asks how work is going.

When people hear you run a business or create content, their default assumption is usually, "You must be swamped."

And for a long time, I bought into that idea. I thought being productive meant constantly drowning in a sea of endless tasks.

Then I shifted my perspective… "Busy" isn't a badge of honor.

We often default to wearing busyness like a sign of success because that's what society models for us.

The moment you start prioritizing joy and curiosity over pure hustle, your definition of work changes.

I see this exact same thing with creatives and business owners all the time.

Before they give themselves permission to play, they tell me:
"I should be focusing on ROI."
"I don't have time to experiment."
"Testing new tools is a distraction."

But after they block out time just to play with new gear, test ideas, and rediscover the fun in creating, something shifts.

Not because their workload magically disappeared.

Because they remembered why they started in the first place.

Joy isn't something that happens after you finish all your work.

It's fuel for the work itself.

So if you're feeling burned out by the grind, stop measuring your productivity purely by how stressed you feel.

Give yourself permission to play with the tools, tech, and ideas that excite you.

Curiosity is magnetic.

The more fun you have behind the scenes, the more that energy shines through in everything you create.

What's one thing you'd be doing right now if you let yourself play a little more?

It might not be that your content is bad.
It might be that you are posting in the wrong place.
Stories are designed to connect with the people who already follow you.
They start conversations and deepen existing relationships.
Reels are designed to help completely new people find you.
If you only post Stories, your page cannot grow.
When you post Reels, you build trust with brand new viewers.
They watch your clip, visit your profile, and hit follow.
You need both working together to actually scale your brand.
Which one are you posting more of right now?

One of my clients recently said something that completely stuck with me: "Wow, filming content is just so easy now".
But it didn't start out that way. When we first began, it felt far from easy.
Every month we went through the same process, rinsing and repeating. But over time, something shifted. We didn't just try harder; we built a system.
Now, they know exactly who they’re talking to, which stories resonate, and what their core pillars are. They show up, hit record, and their part is done.
Most people think that the confidence to show up on camera has to come first. The truth is, it doesn't.
Your confidence comes from repetition. When you build a predictable routine, you don't have to reinvent the wheel every month. Your brain can stop stressing, stay present in the moment, and simply have a conversation.
That’s why I don’t just help business owners produce content. We help them plug into a system. A system that feels natural and removes the friction stopping you from getting in front of the camera.
As a business owner, you already have the expertise, the stories, and the unique perspectives. You are already interesting. It’s just about packaging it in a way that feels authentic and effortless, so the right people can actually find you online.
If you've been waiting for "confidence" before you start posting, try building a system first. The confidence will catch up.

I coach people every week on how to make social media content confidently. And somehow, I still overthink my own content.
It’s actually pretty funny, so I’ve been reflecting on why this happens. It’s not because I don’t know how, it’s because I’m way too close to it.
You might feel this exact same way in your own business. When you’re living it every single day, everything you do starts to seem completely ordinary. You convince yourself that it isn't interesting to anyone else.
But the moment you get an outside perspective, it suddenly becomes fascinating.
The trap we all fall into is thinking that as soon as the camera turns on, we have to perform. We think we need to be professional, perfectly polished, and duplicate whatever we see other people doing online.
But here is the truth: You want to look and sound online exactly how you are in person.
When I film with my clients, I always tell them to pretend we're just having coffee together. I ask them questions to pull out real stories and opinions.
It’s not about chasing the latest trends. It’s about ditching the "influencer voice" and showing up as yourself!
People don't want a performance. They want your actual thoughts, your real stories, and your honest opinions.
That is what they are waiting to hear.

One of my clients almost didn’t hit record because she thought her office wasn’t good enough.
We spent hours talking about her background. Should she move the bookshelf? Buy another light? Repaint the wall?
She thought her space was the problem. But it wasn’t.
The real problem was the perfectionism convincing her that everything needed to be flawless before she could start showing up and helping people.
The funny thing is, I looked around my own office and realized I don’t have a perfect setup either. Even right now, I’m recording in front of a window for nice lighting, but the wall is actually painted two different colors. I’m literally surrounded by unpacked boxes from a recent move. The rest of the room is just real life—and it’s a mess.
But at the end of the day, people only see what’s inside the finished frame.
To help this client drop the perfectionism and focus on what actually matters, I created a super simple filming guide. It’s not designed to help you build a flawless studio. It’s designed to help you let go of the pressure so you can finally hit record.
Because your message matters more than your background.
If you want a space that makes you feel confident enough to start filming, I’m giving this guide away completely for free.
Just comment SETUP below and I will send it right over to you.

This realization has been stuck in my head ever since I left that mastermind.
When I heard someone talking about planning a $30 million exit from their business, my first thought was, "That's impossible."
Then I realized… The goal wasn't impossible.
It was just unfamiliar.
We all have an invisible ceiling based on what we've seen, experienced, and believe is possible.
The moment we're exposed to something bigger, that ceiling starts to move.
I see this exact same thing with my clients.
Before we record together, many of them tell me:
"I'm not a camera person."
"I don't know what to say."
"I could never post videos."
But after we've planned their content, recorded a few sessions together, and they've seen people respond positively, something changes.
Not because they suddenly became more confident.
Because they gathered evidence.
Evidence that they had something valuable to say.
Evidence that people wanted to hear from them.
Evidence that they were capable all along.
Confidence isn't something you're born with.
It's something you build, one piece of evidence at a time.
So if you're trying to become more visible, stop surrounding yourself with people who reinforce why it's hard.
Spend time with people who are already doing the thing you want to do.
Confidence is contagious.
The more evidence you see that something is possible, the more you'll believe it's possible for you too.
What feels impossible today might just be something you haven't seen enough of yet.
