Today I shared a presentation to a room filled with business owners and leaders in business.

The topic…Visibility plus Credibility leads to Profitability.

For 6 years, I’ve worked hard on the visibility piece. My goal was always to be a recognized photographer!

But becoming a reputable and trusted service provider requires consistency, follow up, showing up and to me, an understanding of community and what real networking is about. You earn credibility.

Visibility + Credibility = Profitability

And my message today to others was reflected back on my own business progress with this timely special delivery!

This is a community service that I wish had been available and around when I started my parenting journey.
Helping families with the basics and necessities of those early parenting seasons! Please take a moment and follow their page, share it with a family who might need a little assistance or share it just because the work they are doing matters.

We’re still working behind the scenes, finalizing details, finishing designs and talking with a few more businesses before we officially close the doors on our first edition.

What started as an idea to make local marketing PHYSICAL, AFFORDABLE and REALLY SIMPLE has grown into something much bigger than just a coupon book.

Sparked Promotions was built around a simple belief: local businesses deserve affordable ways to get seen, discovered, rediscovered, remembered and serve the community all in one go. Without feeling like they have to spend thousands of dollars competing for attention online.

So we’re putting local businesses back where they belong:

Directly into the hands and eyes of local customers.

And now our attention is beginning to shift toward NOVEMBER 1ST and what happens when these books hit the community.

We’re building connections with schools, sports teams, community groups and organizations looking for a powerful fundraising option. Our fundraising partners will be able to purchase books for $12.50 and sell them for $25 — keeping $12.50 from every book sold.

Sell 50 books? - Raise $625.
Sell 100 books? - Raise $1,250.
A group of 20 sells 3 books each - 60 books - $750

All while helping locally owned businesses reach more people and giving families access to offers and savings throughout Central Alberta.

Added to this is our Give-Back Donation of $5 a book sold into our community fund that will drive real dollars and real impact back into our community.

That is the bigger picture behind what we’re building.

Support local businesses. Help people save. Create fundraising opportunities. Keep more dollars moving through our community.

We're excited to showcase Habitat for Humanity Red Deer & Restore for multiple reasons! The incredible work they do for families and our community on-top of the countless times I have needed a part, a unique find or walked in and left with something I did not know I needed!
