OFFICIAL RULES
RazzTech Studios “ Golden Hour Giveaway ” Instagram Comment Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sponsor: Mitchell B.P. Laframboise Photography (operating as RazzTech Studios), St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada.
Eligibility:
The Contest is open only to legal residents of St Thomas, Ontario Canada and surrounding area, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and have a public Instagram account in good standing. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Contest, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period:
The Contest begins on July 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM and ends on July 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
How to Enter:
Follow on Instagram.
Locate the official Contest post on the Sponsor’s Instagram feed.
Comment on that post with “your dream golden hour photography location + tag a friend or two who needs a session!”
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Additional comments by the same person will not count as additional entries. Comments must be posted during the Entry Period and comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates these rules.
Winner Selection:
One (1) Grand Prize winner (and 1 alternate(s)) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative (using ShortStack’s random entry selector for transparency and fairness) on or about July 16, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified via Instagram comment and/or direct message within 3 business days of selection.
Grand Prize:
One (1) complimentary 1-hour portrait photography session with RazzTech Studios in the St. Thomas area, including 20 - 40 beautifully edited images, Private Pixieset gallery + full print store access. Session must be booked and completed within 3 months of a winner being selected.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $299.00 Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes, travel, and any other costs not explicitly stated.
Winner Notification & Verification:
Potential winner must respond within [e.g., 48 hours] and may be required to provide proof of eligibility, sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documents requested by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest for any reason. Participants release Instagram, Sponsor, and related parties from all liability. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. All questions should be directed to the Sponsor.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and as permitted by law.
Governing Law:
These rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
