Had a content day for my Port Alberni team today, and made a stop at on the way back because it's one of those places I've always wanted to stop at, but never did because there was an appointment or something else to get to.

All this to say that I hope you get a chance to stop somewhere beautiful along the road this week, and take 15 minutes to just breathe and enjoy the beautiful place we call home ❤️

Being a mother truly is the most amazing, heartstopping (also exhausting haha) and magical job I've ever taken on. I'm so grateful to this little girl for being the best motivation to go after my own dreams and showing her that there is nothing she can't do if only she dares to try (and also that sometimes waiting while mom and dad finishes our coffee in the morning is not the end of the world) ! ❤️

How do I add B-roll to a video where I'm speaking?
In today's CapCut Basics, I got over how to extract audio, and add in a B-roll clip to flow seamlessly into your video.
My main tip here is to check the time of the portion you're replacing to ensure it's the same length as the B-roll clip you're adding in, this will help ensure the audio continue to flow with the rest of your video.
