Something a bit different from the usual client work.

This one is a side passion project I have been picking away at. A site I built for a set of Discord bots. (Discord is like a group chat app, mostly used by gamers. The bots live in the chat and do jobs for it.)

The panel in the top right is my favourite part. It is not a screenshot of a chat, it is a chat. Type meow into it and the count goes up, sort of a live preview of how one of the bots works.

The homepage sticks to the short version. Everything else gets its own page: a command list for each bot with setup steps, a live leaderboard, a status page and patch notes, so anyone actually using them can find an answer without having to ask.

The thing I hear most: "I want a website but I have no idea where to start" 💛

So here's how I do it. You message me and tell me a bit about your business. I go away and build you a real mockup of your actual site, completely free. Then you look at it. Love it? We make it live. Not for you? You say no thanks and that's genuinely the end. No invoice, no pressure, no hard feelings.

I do it this way because I'd rather show you than sell you.

Something good is opening up in Timmins. 💛

Youth Commons is a free drop-in program for youth ages 8 to 18. No fees, no membership, nothing for a family to pay, ever. Homework help, games and crafts, life skills, swimming and rec, and much more!

I've been building their website, and it has been such a fun project to work on. It goes live soon.

If your website is hard to use on a phone, you're losing
sales 👇

More than half the people who look up a business are on their phone. If they land on your site and have to pinch and zoom just to find your number, most won't bother. They hit back and call whoever made it easy.
That's real money quietly walking away.

Every site I build works beautifully on a phone from day one, because I build it that way on purpose, not as an afterthought.

I built this one for Dylan’s Job Box, a handyman and odd-jobs business handling welding, hauling, yard work, repairs, and more.

Dylan needed a streamlined one-page website that clearly presents his services and makes requesting a quote quick and easy.

He’s down in Florida and I’m up here in Ontario, so we built the whole thing without ever being in the same room. It’s already bringing him real, paying clients.

That’s what a good website is supposed to do. It works for you while you’re out doing the job. 🛠
