Not every Al tool makes sense in my workflow at the moment, but these ones do!

From brainstorming and research to transcripts and on-the-go notes, these tools are making my workflow faster, more efficient and my life simpler.

But I’m curious, as a creative and small business owner, what Al tools do you use to boost productivity?
I’d love to know!

Oh, and this post isn’t sponsored but I LOVE creating with and , easily one of my favorite places to experiment all day err day 🧪

Nothing about creativity is black and white.

Yet somehow AI made a lot of us see it that way. You either adapt or you don’t. You stay relevant or you don’t. The grey, the messy middle, joyful, pointless-feeling part of making things… seems like it slowly got squeezed out of the process.

I’ve been making carousels lately. And it has brought back the joy of sharing on social media. Years of learning, bad taste, good taste, starting over, all compressed into something. The grey is the whole point.

So stick around. Because there’s more where this came from. 👀

The AI discourse is exhausting but this is actually useful so here we go. I made this carousel because I kept seeing the same “use AI to write your captions!” content and I wanted to show what it looks like when you go a level deeper.

1. Scheduled tasks that do repetitive research while I’m not even at my computer.
2. Remotion-skill that lets me test visual ideas in seconds.
3. Projects that remember everything so I don’t have to re-explain my whole brain every single conversation.

Curious… are you using Claude, ChatGPT, or something else day to day? Let’s chat about it in the comments 👇

If I could go back in time, I’d tell myself to work on my content pillars from the get go. But I am glad this process finally evolved for me and my brand positioning. Hopefully this carousel helps you a little in your process and provides a framework that brings a little structure away from posting sparingly. 🤝🤞

The scale of this feels a bit unreal. Like I’m stepping into something that doesn’t fully exist… ironically, but still makes sense while you’re in it.

I’ve been experimenting with Firefly Boards recently, building these surreal versions of myself in spaces like this. The idea isn’t to make something perfect, but to get out of your box and do something unusual. I used to collage a lot and I think this is slowly becoming my new playground.

While I’m still figuring it out as I go, I can say that it’s been an interesting space to be in. Tagging some fellow inspiring creatives in the comments - you’re in for a treat!

Your brand color is doing more talking than you are. Before anyone reads a word, they’ve already felt something, might as well make it intentional.

Swipe to find three questions to find your brand’s color. 👉
Trust. Energy. Luxury. Calm. It all has a HEX code.

Why Amy Hood believes slow growth is the real secret to building a loyal brand, even when everyone tells you to scale fast? We talk running an online shop in detail on the new episode of Able Heads.

It’s about genuine connections, not just numbers.
When followers are truly invested, they turn into advocates, not just customers. So, they key is to stop chasing rapid growth. Focus on creating value and building trust.
Your audience will grow organically and stay loyal longer. What’s your experience with slow vs. rapid growth?

Would love to hear your experiences!

In a world dominated by digital interactions, nothing beats the charm of a handwritten note.

As creators, we know our audience craves genuine connection. Taking the time to personalize your gratitude can turn one-time customers into lifelong fans.
If you’re starting a shop and don’t have a big following, treat your audience like royalty: write notes, add little surprises.

These small gestures can transform your brand and build a loyal community.
Has there been a time you got a handwritten note and you felt special? ✨ Hear more about how to launch your online store with in the next episode of Able Heads releasing this week.

Look up ABLE HEADE everywhere you get podcasts.

I honestly didn’t plan to come back with a whole thing but here we are.
I’ve been in a sharing rut for a while, not burnt out exactly, just… empty. Nothing felt worth posting. Work got slow, the doomscroll spiral kicked in, and suddenly every time I opened the app I felt more behind than before.
So I stepped away. Touched some actual grass and let myself be bored. And now I feel inspired and ready to create again. And experimented so much!

So if you’ve been quiet lately, I get it. Life happens. The pressure to show up consistently is real and also kind of made up at the same time.

Sooo I’m back. Let’s make things. 🐍
