Find yourself rushing to create content? What you need is a plan of action and a method of creating content that’s simple and makes an impact in your business.
Here’s how we do it!
1️⃣ Identify your core content
This is the most vital content you create for your business.
It could be your blog, your podcast episodes, YouTube or IGTV videos, LinkedIn articles, and much more!
Remember to create content on the platform that your audience hangs out most, so make sure you know what platforms they’re on so you can best identify the core content you should be creating!
2️⃣ Create your core content
Write the blog post, film the video, record the podcast, and schedule it in your content calendar.
3️⃣ Convert your "core" content into supporting content
This is where repurposing comes in.
Take a look at the core content you created and see what other kinds of content you can convert it to.
If you started with a podcast or a video, turn your words into a blog post. If you created a blog post, maybe you could make an IGTV outlining the main points of your post!
Schedule your supporting content in your calendar, but make sure you publish it AFTER your core content!
4️⃣ Create social media posts from your core content
Go back to those core content pieces. What are the main points in each piece of content?
For each key point, you can create a fresh and new social media post!
5️⃣ Schedule your social media content
Just like your supporting content, schedule out your social posts AFTER your core content is published. Don’t forget to include a call to action that directs your audience back to your core content piece!
Turn your core content into an email newsletter
Tell them you've got a new blog post/video/podcast out and where they can check it out!
