Day 3: Höfn to Myvatn aka the day I drove a Kia sedan up a mountain on a gravel road and lived to tell about it. Landscapes go from green to Martian as we drove into the geothermal region in the north. •

Day 2 part 1: from Reynisfjara beach to Fjallsárlón. Packed day starting at the most dangerous beach in Iceland (because tourists are idiots) and ending right before the glacial lagoon (a tale for another day). Puffins, sheep, vistas. This day has it all. •

This plan crash shot was super hot in 2016. But, everything old is new again. My barrage of Iceland road trip photos starts now. This is day one starting from Keflavik and ending in Vik on the south coast.

I’ve found myself being very stressed by Instagram these days. I was so focused on using it as a tool for my business that it ended up feeling like an all consuming endeavor, a black hole where it was all about engagement and likes and where I was constantly battling a changing algorithm and my own waning interest. Also, committing to using this platform as a tool is a full time job and I work way too much to have time for that. So, to those who read this whole ridiculous and self-indulgent pre-amble, here is my post of a basketball court with the CN tower in the background that isn’t to promote anything and doesn’t matter much in the greater scheme of things. I knew this spot existed but never knew where and then yesterday I walked by it by chance and it delighted me. As luck would have it, I happened to have my camera. I’m not going to spend 30 minutes it because that just feels so pointless. So, here is my return to Instagram featuring none of the backlog of professional work that I’ve been meaning to post. If you want to see that stuff, go to my website. Happy Friday friends and strangers!
