You captured a lead... Now what? Well, this is your time to add value, create a 'wow' experience and go for the close.

If someone gives you their information, they're giving you a chance to impress them. You might not get them on the 1st try, and thats why its important to build in some automation into your marketing. So you can have follow up sequences that give you 4-5 chances at bat. If they don't buy or unsubscribe, then thats data that your campaign might not work for them. Thats what segmentation is for. Put them in another marketing sequence, and get more chances at bat.
