Senior React Native & Android Developer

eGenie is looking for a talented Sr. Mobile Developer ( React Native ) with solid knowledge of JavaScript /Typescript to join our expanding team – a team of highly regarded and recognized developers. We are open to considering candidates based in any area.

Required Skills

Develop and implement mobile application solutions for Android and IOS devices.
Participates and contributes to all phases of building new digital products, including programming, defect correction, unit testing, code review, and deployment planning.
Work in an agile development environment (Scrum/Paired programming).
Production monitoring and support as needed.
Provides expertise on mobile current standards and cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.
Partners closely with non-technical staff to define user requirements.
Provides estimates for the work plan.
Assists in producing and executes on well-documented technical designs.
Advice on best practices for mobile UI design for the Google platform.

Qualifications

5 - 7 years of software development experience.
2+ years of native mobile development experience in Android or iOS.
3+ years of experience in react native.
Solid grip in JS, TypeScript, ES6.
Experience with Expo, Native bridging, Redux, and Sockets.
Experience with React Js, and Next Js is a plus point.
Experience with Node frameworks (Express, Nest) is a plus point.
Building and using Web APIs.
Working knowledge of computer science best practices and architectural design patterns.
Experience with enterprise-level, high-availability mobile application development required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies such as functional, SOA, and performance testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
