A successful event can bring people together. The right marketing strategy can make its impact travel far beyond the room. đś
Thatâs what we set out to do with Music is Medicine.
Hacker Communications led the event marketing strategy across public relations, social media marketing, digital advertising and bilingual communications to amplify a 1,500-seat benefit concert ft. Alan Parsons at Place des Arts in MontrĂŠal and, more importantly, the bigger purpose behind it: raising awareness and funds for brain cancer research at The Neuro
Our PR campaign secured television interviews on and , alongside radio, podcast and digital coverage across CBC CJAD 800 CHOM 97 7 EĚNERGIE 98,9 QueĚbec The Terry and Ted Podcast The Suburban and The Montrealer, among others.
The result: a sold-out concert, more than $600,000 raised for brain cancer research, four new clinical trials funded and more than 55 million people reached.
This is what experiential marketing means to us: using PR, social media, digital advertising, digital PR and storytelling to amplify an experience, build community around it and give its message a much bigger platform.
From music and cultural events to hospitality, retreats and wellness experiences, we love helping meaningful in-person experiences reach further.
A very special thank you to the team at PEAK Financial Group, whose vision brought Music is Medicine to life, and to everyone who helped tell and amplify this story.
