Facebook Business Manager allows you to choose very specific groups of customers to target with a wide variety of goals to use.
Choosing the right goal is absolutely crucial as Facebook will then try to deliver on that. So by choosing the, let's say, a "Traffic" goal you will end up getting people to your website but the sales effect is going to be lower than if you set up and use a "Conversion" goal.
