POV: the social media “experts” are telling you to use Google Calendar, Notion, Airtable, colour-coded content systems etc etc… meanwhile I’m over here writing Zoom calls in a physical planner like it’s 2007. 🤎
I barely touch my phone calendar unless I have to schedule something with another human.
If it’s not written in this planner, there’s a very good chance I’ll be panic-getting-ready 5 minutes before a meeting pretending I was prepared the whole time.
But honestly, I’ve realized something:
There’s no one right way to stay organized.
Just like there’s no one right way to show up online either.
Some people thrive with detailed systems and content batching.
Some people post in real time.
Some people plan every post a month ahead.
Some people need flexibility to create when inspiration hits.
None of those are wrong.
The key is finding a way to show up that feels:
1. Authentic
2. Consistent (whatever that means for you)
3. Sustainable for your actual life
Because the “best” strategy is usually just the one you can realistically stick with.
WHERE ARE ALL MY PHYSICAL PLANNER BADDIES AT? 🤪
