When marketing a product, all you need is one customer to convert. One conversion shows that you're doing something right.
⠀
⠀
Approach your marketing campaign from the perspective of the target audience. Understand their needs and explain how you offer a solution. Make sure your message is clear, precise, and to the point. We have seen many times companies use long, complicated descriptions with graduate-level vocabulary. Not only can this bore the customer, but it can also lead them to believe that you don't fully understand your product; thus, overcompensating in areas such as this. For example, have you ever seen an Apple ad explaining how cores for an iMac increases CPU capabilities and overall functionality of the operating system? That is because the average consumer is not concerned with this. All they want to know is how fast the computer runs and how many apps they can have working at once.
⠀
⠀
Consumer question: How many Safari tabs can I have open while working on a presentation or spreadsheet with Netflix on?
⠀
⠀
Apple answer: 15-30 second ads demonstrating this in simple terms with visual aids proving how fast iOS is.
⠀
⠀
Consumers want information immediately, in simple terms, with black and white answers. No one wants to read a tiring essay that does not have a clear 'yes or no' conclusion.
⠀
⠀
Give your customers what they want, when they want, and in as little words as possible, and you will make sales.
