Communication Arts and why it is so important in the age of information. ✨⚡️

Communication alone is what makes us the most dominant species on earth. Most mammals can screech at one another warning danger, where we take it a step further to explain I saw some danger, let’s stay here where it is safe for now. Information is what has sped up time made thoughts and ideas more accessible and increased our capacity to understand one another. It is an integral part of our history and is what is running the world today.

The most universal form of communication is rudimentary art that holds symbolic meaning. Images that are easily recognizable and are simple enough to understand at a quick glance. We can tell a story more efficiently when we use a combination of art, written and/or spoken word and eye-catching images or video. Branding is an iconic symbol you give meaning to, it represents a product or services or in some cases a set of ethics or grand vision of intended accomplishments.

There are various ways to assess the most appropriate variation for one's logo concept. It is best to leave it in the hands of the professionals who have studied marketing as a communicative art form. They have an understanding of what your industries consumers are looking for and what it is that will be perceived by intentional color schemes, signature fonts, lettering, shape, and form. Most important is the space around the logo as the branding unfolds to encompass the message. This negative space can feel “all wrong” if not carefully considered. Most designers follow a grid system and calculate space by the theory of phi. A professional graphic artist careful considers every angle of your brand and message every part of a design is laid out intentionally.
