There are some moments that are hard to put into words⌠and this is one of them.
Today, we had the incredible honour of presenting Music Healing Veterans Canada Upper Ottawa Valley Chapter with a cheque for $21,306.22, raised through the Stereo Typical BLVD Fest presented by Pembroke Mitsubishi
Seeing that number written on the cheque really hit home. What started as an idea turned into an entire community coming together. Musicians, businesses, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, restaurants, friends, family and every single person who walked through those doors, donated, bought a ticket, shared a post or simply showed up to support us.
This was never just about putting on a great day of music. It was about using music to do something meaningful for the people who have served and continue to serve our communities. Stereo Typical, BigMike Productions and The BLVD Pub-Bar & Grill together with our gracious sponsors pulled off an amazing feat surpassing all of our expectations. ďżźďżź
A huge thank you to Pembroke Mitsubishi for believing in what we were doing and stepping up as our Title Sponsor, and to Music Healing Veterans for the important work you do.
And to everyone who helped make Stereo Typical BLVD Fest what it became we thank you kindly!
We set out hoping to make a difference.
Together, we raised $21,306.22.
That is something we will never forget. â¤ď¸đś
And weâre not finished.
September 18, 2027!!! We do it all over again. Bigger and better every yearâ¤ď¸âđĽ
