My little entrepreneur and I are sharing a table at the New West Farmer's Market in Tipperary Park from 3-7pm today. It's amazing to be able to do this with my daughter, she is learning so many things and is a way better sales person than me! We will be at stall 44 so drop and say hi, if you can.

Who let the dogs out? We DID!

Our first Rescue Tales event was a huge success! We raised over $350 which will be donated to rescue organizations who saved the lives of the dogs in the Rescue Tales book.

Callie, Mena, Maggie, Finley, Doky, Ella and Maya from the book all joined in on the fun as well as other pups who dropped in for treats. The Nosework demo brought another 3 rescue dogs and it was fascinating to see how it all works. Thank you Danica Auld for organizing such a great demo.

I had so many incredible people help with the event and can't thank them enough. There were three 10yr old girls who really impressed me being so capable and confident, making crafts, selling products and raffle tickets etc. They were so enthusiastic and helpful, I don't know what the event would have looked like without them.

Thanks also to Coquitlam City Councillor Candidate Sean Lee for taking the time to drop into the event. And to many friends who really showed up to support me.

I have already had offers and ideas for more events so stayed tuned!

A donation has been made to New Beginnings Animal Rescue Society which is this pup's rescue... in Alberta! Callie is a sweet puppy who got me chasing her around for the photos lol. We have donated hundreds of dollars so far and the Rescue Book is coming along great!

I started this passion project a few months ago. I decided to create a Rescue Dog Book to inspire people to adopt rescue dogs, contributing a portion of the proceeds to rescue organizations.

I have heard a lot tragic stories but photographed so many amazing dogs with their happy endings, it has really given me a sense of how important this project is.

Everything's gone to the dogs! It’s been another challenging year for all but let's make the most of what we have. I am certainly grateful for loyal clients, new opportunities and time with my family. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and a Happy (much better) New Year!
