Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sign Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating CNC machines, laser cutters, and channel letter benders. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines, laser cutters, and channel letter benders to produce high-quality signs.
Perform finishing tasks to ensure all products meet our quality standards.
Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure the final product matches client expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or production processes.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sign Maker or in a similar role.
Proficiency in operating CNC machines, laser cutters, and channel letter benders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to use computer and software related to the machines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills .
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a printing and signage industry.
Knowledge of various materials used in sign making.
Technical certification or training in relevant machinery operation.
