New post...finally!
I miss magazines. And in particular, ones that actually commission original portraiture for arts stories. And ones that trust photographers to build a relationship with the subject on site and aim for a variety of images that subtly reflect the work and artist. And allow for improvisation.

Poster and CD photography / design for Russell Wallace's superb and uplifting Saltchuck City Orchestra project! This involved creating a unique wordmark for the Chinook term for "depart".

Posterama! Colin MacDonald secured a nice solo gig at Dunbar's VisualSpace Gallery in April and asked me to do a poster. Herewith! The photo is one I took back in 2017 or '18 for the first Saxophilia project but was never used.

Two fave pieces for the latest Friends of Chamber Music campaign. The one on the left is part of the CoV bus shelter ad program while the one on the right is for Vancouver Civic Theatres. Grateful for these programs and it's nice to see things on a decent scale!
