We asked Robin, one of our amazing interns, one simple question:

“What’s one thing people need to stop doing?”

Her answer was simple:

Making assumptions.

When we assume what someone needs, what they can do, or how they experience the world, we risk creating barriers before we’ve even started the conversation.

Accessibility begins with curiosity, not assumptions.

Approaching people with an open mind allows us to learn, listen, and create experiences that are more inclusive for everyone.

The best solutions don’t come from assuming—they come from understanding.

What’s one assumption you’ve challenged or changed your perspective on?

Confidence shapes every digital experience.

When people can navigate a website independently, complete tasks without frustration, and access the information they need with ease, something important happens—they gain confidence.

Accessibility isn't just about making digital experiences usable. It's about helping people feel capable, included, and empowered every time they interact with your content.

When people trust that they can successfully use your website, they are more likely to return, engage, and recommend your companie to others.

Because accessibility doesn't just improve experiences.

It builds confidence.

What helps you feel confident when using a website or app?

Curious what an accessible website looks like?

Explore https://accessibrand.com/ and experience the difference.

We asked Farshid, one of our accessibility consultants, one simple question:

“What’s something people still misunderstand about digital accessibility?”

His answer reminds us of something important:

Accessibility isn’t just for people with disabilities—it’s for everyone.

Features like curb cuts, captions, clear navigation, and accessible digital experiences make everyday life easier for more people than we often realize.

Accessibility isn’t about designing for a small group. It’s about creating experiences that help everyone participate with greater confidence, independence, and ease.

As Farshid points out, disability can affect any of us at any stage of life. That’s why building accessibility into our digital experiences benefits both today’s users and tomorrow’s.

What accessibility feature has made your life easier?
