As opposed to just trying to do everything and hoping something works we take a very targeted and focused approach to the area where there is the most opportunity in your business.

We start with one thing at a time and one of the businesses we worked on within just 1 hour had 100x their conversion rate. Another business in 4 weeks went from $10K months to $40K months by just learning how to use their email list effectively.

Have you ever looked at your monthly sales and thought to yourself how am I still only bringing in this much? For all the work you are putting into your business do you ever feel like how is it my sales aren't increasing?

I'm here to tell you, you are not alone! Marketing your online business is the next biggest hurdle most store owners face after they get it set up. That excitement and victory is short-lived when you realize now you have to get people here and get them to buy your products.

You can't monetize what you don't measure. This is my spin on the popular quote you can't manage what you don't measure. Here is why I say that, when I talk to clients that are struggling with sales I ask them a few questions around their key metrics and I usually get crickets for a response. They don't know their monthly traffic or their conversion rate, for example.

Tracking your numbers will bring you clarity on where you are losing customers and most importantly where you need to focus to change that.

I've had clients that have come to me getting huge traffic numbers in the thousands a month BUT they convert 1% of traffic to sales. That means for those 2,000 visitors they get 20 sales. So while they had been focusing on just getting traffic we see that there are some holes in the website, that too many people are leaving without buying.

So instead of just focusing on more traffic is always better we looked at strategies to double their conversion rate to 2% and when we did that their 2,000 visitors became 40 sales. And guess what it usually doesn't take much time because we are focused on looking for strategies that help with that one very specific area.

Why are some Shopify Stores able to consistently make $5K+ a month while many other stores continue to struggle to make sales?

Listen it’s not like you aren’t taking action, and hustling. Chances are if you are like many stores I’ve met you have a to do list that never ends. You spend time on social media, figuring out ads, learning about SEO, taking new product pictures and the list goes on and on.

But here is the one key thing you aren’t doing that successful stores are. You aren’t looking at your metrics, I’m not talking about the dollar amount in sales. I know you look at that probably multiple times a day, right?

What I’m talking about is five key metrics successful stores look at that allow them to evaluate what is working and what isn’t. They can see where customers are falling out of the sales process and that allows them to create strategic plans to make sure they fix the problem.

Predictions are coming in saying 2020 will be the largest year yet for eCommerce sales. That means online sales will top $1.1 Trillion!

Are you seeing more sales happening online? Covid has changed shopping behaviour and polls being done are showing that now consumers are more comfortable shopping online and planning to continue with it even as retail opens up.
