With a lot of attention being directed towards the fees that ticket companies like ours have been charging to purchasers, we think it would be best to be as transparent as possible with regard to how our fees work and who is charging them. The fees you will sometimes see on your receipt upon purchasing tickets with our website will go towards other expenses such as the venue, the city in which your event is occurring, the payment processor that is coordinating your credit card transaction and any other facility fees that are mandated by the venue. We understand that it can be frustrating for you to see so many surcharges on your ticket purchase but the shows that you enjoy attending do unfortunately cost money. We will continue to strive to offer the lowest fees on the market and make sure that we remain as transparent as ever. Thank you so much for your support and consideration.
