If you utilize Pinterest to market your business, Pinterest has dropped a new article detailing new buyers that have emerged:

🧘‍♀️ The Routine Ritualist - this buyer did a lot of introspection during the pandemic as looking for you to help them keep these new values and big picture in mind as they venture back out into the world

👩‍👧 The Prioritized Parent - Parents took on the hard task over the past year of having to both parent and teach and it created a stronger bond! These buyers are now looking at you to help them keep that bond strong as things open back up.

🍃 The Eco Evangelist - The pandemic made us all stop and see how we were not only treating each other but how we've been treating our world. These buyers are looking for guidance on how they can help better take care of the world around them!

✈️ The Nomad - people started to miss the outdoors really bad this last year and prioritized time outside to soak up the sun, sit in their garden or finally hop back on a plane! They're eager for you to speak to them on how to make this an even bigger part of their lives.

If you're not ready to outsource your social media yet, consider utilizing some of these apps to help save your time and still enhance your marketing content:

❤️ Canva is everyone's fave and it hasnt let us down when it comes to creating professional graphics and designs

❤️ IG announced this past month that they're moving away from a photo app and focusing on video. If this gave you some serious nerves, consider using Vidlab to create professional looking videos

❤️ If you're pushing back on IGs latest move (or looking to take some nice pics for your Pins) try using Halide for enhancing the experience of taking photos on your phone!

❤️ Posting on more than one platform? Let's opt-out of the headache of logging into multiple different platforms and instead use apps like Sprout Social to schedule them all out! Other apps include HooteSuite, CinchShare, Later, Tailwind etc.

❤️ Speaking of Tailwind...if you're an adamant Pinner, this is by far the best app for creating and posting to Pinterest! And with smart schedules that give you the best time to post your pins...it can't be beat.

What's more is that not everything in your business is your zone of genius, which means not all of the work you're putting out is being done at 100% capacity.

Do you have a marketing plan in place?

By choosing to NOT market your business, you're choosing to market your business by word of mouth.

And if your business is in the early stages...this may not be the best tactic.

Having a true marketing plan is taking an invested interest in making sure your business will continue to grow.

But its a maze thats carefully and meticulously building up different aspects of your relationship with your audience.

By creating content that connects with your audience, you're able to build trust with them and once they feel like they trust you to know what they need, the road to converting them becomes much easier!

So many of our clients continue to have such great success with their websites that we wanted to share some simple and easy tips to help you DIY your own!

1. Keep your homepage minimalistic and easy to navigate (you only have a few seconds before someone loses interests and closes out their browser)

2. Display your content with a visual hierarchy in mind (think: what's most important? what will invest them right off the bat?)

3. Make sure it's easy to read and recognize words, sentences and phrases.
Consumers have a short attention span! If they get too overwhelmed, it's only another reason to make them click out the browser.

4. Make your site easy to navigate because what good is a website if they can't even figure out how to book a call with you?

5. Keep It mobile friendly! Be honest, whens the last time you sat at a desktop to go look up a website? We're willing to bet you're MUCH quicker to hop on your phone and so is your audience! So make it easy for them.
