Getting a refund for a fraudulent charge through TD is the easiest thing ever. It's as simple as clicking on the transaction, clicking dispute transaction, click the type of dispute, then simply fill in all the same information that was embedded in the transaction itself: the amount, card number, date and the name of the transaction along with about 10 other pieces of information. You can easily retrieve this data by opening another tab, but then the tab with your form in is invalidated, causing you to start again. In any case if you do manage somehow to maneuver the worlds most re****ed website, the whole process only takes about 20 minutes per transaction. So when you get 1m transactions of 1c come through on your account, all you'll have to do is spend the next roughly 333,333 hours on their website getting your $10k back, while you've got a broken clavicle, staple in your head and your arm in a sling!!!
No wonder the phone support just refuse to do it for you, they clearly know more than the CEO's and techies that their website is fu***ng re****ed!!!
