Wishing you a Happy Mid-Year!

For schools, the start of a new year rarely feels like a clean slate.
It’s the midway point.

Plans are already in motion, relationships are established, and priorities have taken shape. What matters now isn’t starting over, but stepping back to see what’s working, what needs adjustment, and where focus will make the biggest difference.

This is a season for clarity over urgency, focus over noise, and confidence in the work already underway. Not everything needs to be solved at once. Steady progress, clear priorities, and intentional choices are what move schools forward.

And when a fresh perspective or a sounding board is helpful, we’re here.

Most of the work I do starts right here. At my desk, on a video call, in a shared doc, in a focused conversation with a school that’s ready to grow.

That’s what Foveo really means. It’s not just a new name, it’s a reflection of how I show up for schools:

* To listen
* To understand
* To guide
* To help foster meaningful change

When I’m mapping enrollment journeys, I’m asking:How can we support families better?

When I’m auditing communication flows, I’m thinking:How can this team work more smoothly and sustainably?

When I’m partnering with school leaders, I’m focused on:How can we make this change both achievable and aligned with what matters most?

Foveo isn’t just a name. It’s a way of working; one that’s purposeful, personal, and focused on growth.

Giving that approach a name just made sense.

New name. Same heart.

Introducing…Foveo Consulting.

As we enter a new school year, I’ve made a change. One that reflects more than who I am, but also how I work. Maryanne Lechleiter Consulting is now Foveo Consulting.

Why? Because the work I do has never really been about me. It’s about supporting school teams strategically and with care. It’s about making space for thoughtful change, streamlining the chaos, and helping schools build systems and stories that reflect who they are and what they value.

Foveo is at the heart of what we do. The name Foveo comes from Latin, meaning to foster, nurture, cherish, support, and cultivate. And that’s exactly what I strive to do every day with every project and every team I work with.

This name reflects not just how I work, but why I do it and the kind of partner I want to be.

The new school year brings with it exciting new opportunities and partnerships, fresh resources to support marketing and admissions teams, and projects that bring strategy and implementation closer together.

Thank you! Thank you for being part of this journey, whether you’ve worked with me directly, shared an idea, or simply followed along. I’m grateful for the trust, the conversations, and the chance to do work that makes a difference.

That’s a wrap on the school year!

I’m so grateful to the amazing schools, teams, and individuals I’ve had the chance to work with this year.

Thank you for trusting me with your stories and your big ideas. It’s a privilege to support schools that are committed to creating meaningful experiences for the families they serve.

To everyone I’ve crossed paths with—thank you for the conversations, the collaboration, and the laughter.

Cheers 🥂

When schools bring together the right people and create space for meaningful collaboration, real transformation happens.

Spending two days on campus at United World College South East Asia (UWCSEA) was a reminder of just how powerful in-person collaboration can be. While technology allows us to work together across time zones, nothing compares to the energy, clarity, and progress that comes from being in the same room.

This visit was all about teamwork, refining systems, and strengthening the parent experience. Grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a dedicated team—excited to see the impact of this work unfold!

Stepping into Who We Are Created to Be

It’s taken me an entire lifetime to be comfortable with who I was created to be and step into my purpose and calling. To move beyond the unhealthy desire to people-please and to be BRAVE.

Sometimes the pathway on this journey of life is so clear and other times it can be obscured by the fog. But I’m grateful for that fog because it’s where I’ve done most of my self-work. When I struggle, I learn.

I believe that we shouldn't keep our life lessons to ourselves. I feel compelled to share my story and my experiences with other women, to encourage them to be brave, to face the mess, do the self-work, and step into who they were created to be.

There's a purpose for each of us and I want to share what I've learned in the hopes that it helps other women step into who they were created to be.
