**An Important Update from Bisson 3D Labs**

To our amazing customers, supporters, friends, and community,

We wanted to let everyone know that effective immediately, **Bisson 3D Labs will be taking a break from operations**. We were originally expecting to return on Monday, July 6, but that is no longer feasible.

Due to a family emergency and significant changes in our personal lives, we've made the difficult decision to suspend all business activities for the time being. Right now, our focus needs to be on our family and navigating these unexpected circumstances.

As a result, **all current and future orders are suspended until further notice**. We know this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding as we take the time we need.

At this point, **we do not have a return date**. We will share updates with everyone when we're in a position to do so, but for now we're taking things one day at a time.

One commitment we will absolutely be keeping is our giveaway. **The giveaway winner will still be drawn on July 6 at 5:00 PM**, exactly as planned. We want to thank everyone who participated and supported us.

We cannot express enough how grateful we are for the incredible support you've shown Bisson 3D Labs. Every order, message, share, and recommendation has meant the world to us, and we're thankful to have built such an amazing community.

Bisson 3D Labs is taking a little summer break! 🌴😎

We will be closed and not accepting any new orders from June 26th to July 5th while we recharge, spend time with family, and enjoy some much-needed summer adventures.

📢 Important Update from Bisson 3D Labs 📢

After a lot of consideration, and changes to our personal lives, we’ve decided it’s time to make some changes to how we operate.

Moving forward, Bisson 3D Labs will no longer be offering custom-designed products. We will be focusing on our growing collection of pre-designed and ready-to-print products.

Any existing custom orders currently in progress will still be completed as promised.

While we are discontinuing custom design work, many of our products will still offer custom colour choices, and products that are designed to accommodate personalization can still have custom text added.

This change will allow us to streamline production, improve turnaround times, and focus on delivering the high-quality products our customers have come to expect.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who has trusted us with their custom projects over the years. We have loved bringing your ideas to life and truly appreciate your support of our small business.

We’re excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to bring you new products, colours, and creative designs in the future.
