Any other moms realize it’s 3 PM and they’ve had two coffees and approximately three sips of water? 😅
I’ve been trying to be more intentional about hydration lately, and this has made such a difference for me.
A few things I’ve been loving:
💧 Electrolytes to support hydration
💧 Zero sugar
💧 Vitamin C
💧 Easy to throw in my bag and take anywhere
💧 Actually makes me WANT to drink my water 😅
I’ve also noticed fewer afternoon slumps, less brain fog, and I’ve been reaching for coffee way less often.
Obviously everyone’s experience is different, but for me, it’s become such an easy way to take a little better care of myself 🤍
