A better system feels like less stress.

When the steps are clear, the business runs smoother.
Less back-and-forth.
Fewer missed leads.
More time back.

The first reply matters more than people think.

If someone reaches out, give them a clear next step — booking, quote, FAQ, or the right person.

That keeps leads warm.

You don’t need to answer every call yourself.

You just need a first reply that points people to the next step — booking, FAQs, quick quotes, or the right help.

If you need help setting up that first reply, send me a DM.

Most of the automations I build start with a business owner explaining a messy process they're tired of dealing with.

Not a clean spec. Not a flowchart.

Just someone saying: "Here's how we handle it now, and it's a mess."

That conversation usually covers:
→ What triggers the process
→ What happens next
→ Where things get lost
→ Who ends up picking up the slack
→ What the ideal outcome actually looks like

From that mess, the automation becomes obvious.

You don't need to know what the solution is. You just need to be able to walk me through what currently happens — and where it breaks down.

That's where we start.

If you have a process that's costing you time every week, I'd like to hear about it.

Sometimes you don't need to hire another admin person.

Sometimes your process is just broken.

I see this constantly.

The business is growing. The admin load keeps climbing. The owner's solution: hire someone new to carry the weight.

Six months later: same problem, more payroll.

Here's what I usually find when I look at the workflow:
→ Tasks fall through because nothing is tracked in one place
→ The same info gets collected twice
→ Approvals sit in someone's inbox for three days
→ Staff spends hours on work that could be automated

Adding headcount doesn't fix a broken process. It just gives the broken process more hands to run through.

Understand the workflow first. Automate the repetitive parts. Then see how much you actually need to hire.

What admin task in your business could probably be automated today?

I think a lot of business owners hear "custom app" and assume it's only for big companies.

It's really not anymore.

A custom app doesn't have to be a massive project.

It could be:
• A simple job tracker your field team can use on a phone
• A lead intake form that routes to the right person automatically
• A dashboard that replaces the spreadsheet nobody trusts
• A client portal where approvals and documents actually live

Small businesses are fixing one annoying problem at a time — and the tools to build these things cost a fraction of what they used to.

You don't need a dev team. You need someone who understands your workflow well enough to turn one broken piece of it into something that works.

What's the one manual process that drives you crazy every week?

Most businesses I look at don't need another software subscription. They already have too many.

QuickBooks. Gmail. Facebook. A CRM. A booking tool. Spreadsheets.

The data is all there — just scattered across five different places.

That's not a tools problem. That's an integration problem.

When your systems don't talk to each other:
→ Staff re-keys the same data three times
→ Reporting is always a day behind
→ Nothing triggers automatically
→ The owner ends up as the human connector between apps

You don't need another subscription. You need the ones you already have to actually work together.

What tool combination is costing you the most time right now?
