Another recent property tour! 🎥🏡
This one took me to 10345 Highway 1 in Saulnierville to capture Maison de Lothaire LeBlanc — a beautifully restored historic home sitting right on the Bay of Fundy.
Properties like this are exactly why I love doing video tours. Photos can show you the individual rooms, but video lets you actually experience how a home flows, see the property around it, and get a much better sense of what makes it unique.
This tour was created for Eva Stara Krebser, who has the property listed for sale.

Well… back in January, I set out with the goal of posting on social media more.
Then February rolled around and Coastal View Media decided to just take off. (Not a bad problem to have!)
So, what have I been up to instead? Well… why don’t I show you!
30+ listing shoots.
Thousands of photos.
Reels, video tours, drone, floor plans and more.
Working with agents from all over Nova Scotia.
And even a corporate recruiting video thrown into the mix!
Needless to say, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind — but an incredibly fun one.
I’m very grateful to everyone who has trusted Coastal View Media with their listings and projects so far this year, and I’m excited to see what the rest of 2026 has in store!

Tech upgrade day 📸🚀
When I started Coastal View Media almost a year ago, I was using a camera that honestly belonged in a museum (Canon Rebel T3 😅).

It didn’t even shoot past 720p video, but I made it work. Learned a lot along the way… and definitely questioned my life choices more than once 😂

Now it’s time to level up and make the jump to mirrorless with the Canon R50 V.
Really excited to break it in on an upcoming video shoot that’s already in the works 👀🎥

Onward and upward.
