Spoiler: Research shouldn’t feel like a roadblock or a six-week saga that stalls your momentum. It should move at the speed of your business.

Some of the biggest “aha” moments we hear:

🙏 What we didn’t know when we hired Victoria is that we’d also get a self identified ice cream connoisseur, a dog lover, and a serial book reader!

💻 Victoria has an educational background in Marketing and has spent the past 10 years working in her family’s ice cream store talking to customers igniting her curiosity and passion for listening to customers to make the business better, and that’s why Cashew is such a great fit for her!

🧠 A fun fact about Victoria? When we asked her she said “I love to bake, and I love to read - really, I love doing anything as long as my dachshund is by my side!
