Checking my progress in learning Facebook Ads (Media Buyer
course) 📈📚


✅ Day 1 — Orientation & goals. Create FB Page, Business Manager, Ad account. Save logins.
✅ Day 2 — Meta Ads Manager tour + Meta Blueprint Intro course (30–45m).
✅ Day 3 — Learn campaign structure (Campaign → Ad Set → Ad). Create a mock campaign (no spend).
✅ Day 4 — Install Pixel on a test site or use a test pixel. Verify in Events Manager.
✅ Day 5 — Intro to creatives: Canva basics + produce 2 image assets.

Slow progress is still progress 💪

When I first started as a Virtual Assistant, I thought working long hours was the goal.

But the longer I stayed in the role, the more I realized: it’s not about the time you spend — it’s about the results you deliver.

Clients don’t pay us for being “busy.” They pay for the outcome.

That’s why I’ve been focusing on building better systems and smoother processes — so the work gets easier, the client gets consistent results, and the business grows… without me needing to spend endless hours just to prove I’m working.

Ayun na nga medyo sad ang ating weekend.....Pagod lang talaga wala pang sahod.....pero naiintindihan ko naman kasi busy yata sya. buti na lang may laman pa talaga yung alkanysa ko, yun na muna pagkakasyahin ko...😀😀😀

To all aspring Virtual Assistants, payo ko sa inyo, Don't settle sa isang client lang, LEARN LEARN NEW SKILL, UPSKILL UPSKILL, para di ka maiwan at kapag ayaw mong makaranas ng gutom!!! Charrr!!! humanap ka ng maraming client, pero depende pa rin ha...alam mo na yun sa sarili mo kung kaya mo.

More than a year na ako ke client and I stay pa rin kasi nga mabait talaga sya and flexible talaga yung oras. Problem lang is talagang delay lagi ang sahod ng mga 2-3 weeks.

May reason pa kasi ako kaya di pa nakakapag apply sa iba. and this year I promise to myself na sisipagan ko na talaga ( weh ) parang isang taon ko na tong sinasabi ah...hehehehe.

Hays sana naman bago mag Monday ay may dumating na biyaya...

Alam ko maraming mga Virtual Assistant sa Pilipinas ang ganito, nahihiya mag ask sa client, nagtitiis kasi no choice. Sana talaga nakakaintindi rin ang mga client sa sitwasyon natin.

Kaso Virtual Assistant tayo eh...and we need to accept the reality na patibayan talaga dito. Bawal mahina ang loob.

Ayun lang naman, na share ko lang....Ingat tayong lahat at I still love being Virtual Assistant no matter what....🙂🙂🙂🙂
