In 2024, we had the pleasure of teaming up with MiSmile, a network of leading Invisalign providers in the UK, to help outline their next phase of brand growth.

During the project, we explored new customer segments, potential international markets, and their scaling plan. This was a crucial step in further developing the organization and maturing its focus on their community and platform.

MiSmile continues to grow and is a major player in connecting Invisalign treatments to thousands of people across the UK and Europe. The company is expanding into new markets and has launched several sub-brands. We remain in touch with the team and always look forward to the annual MiSmile conference to reconnect and discuss what’s next.

Recently we teamed up with Perma-tec, a global leader in the field of industrial single-point lubrication, to work on outlining their vision, mission, and purpose. In a live workshop in Barcelona, we worked on creating a vision and mission statement, ready to be rolled out to the entire organization in early 2026. During this session, the senior management team came together for an interactive session to work together and align on the long-term goals of the brand. The day was filled with lots of energy and great conversations.

As we are in the final quarter of the year, it’s the perfect moment to reflect, refocus, and plan ahead on your long term goals and ambitions. Working with MB&F, a watch brand from Switzerland that’s known for doing things their own way, was a great experience.

Over a series of in-person workshops at their office, we worked together to sharpen their business strategy. The focus? Understanding their target audiences more deeply, exploring how the watch industry is evolving, and aligning on what the brand should prioritize moving forward.

The process was simple, no 100-page decks, just clear thinking, open conversations, and hands-on sessions. Strategy really doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

It was a fun project, and a great reminder that with the right energy and mindset, strategic work can be both impactful and enjoyable.
