Stublla is a student, whose story from the 15th century, thanks to data, arguments of various facts, is chronologically forwarded to the present day. As many of them say, Stublla, with a name it has today, is mentioned since 1455, in an Ottoman notebook. Then it appears on the geography map (in 1477) as a place of orientation in the region.
The First Albanian School in Kosovo, opened in Stubëlle in 1584, as an initiative of the Vatican, as well as the martyrdom of the population of this area under Ottoman rule, known in history as the Albanian Martyrs aged 1846-1848, are two important events. . that have attracted here various local and foreign photographs, who have published various scientific works, dramas, poems, novels, publicity works, paintings (even murals), songs, etc.
In addition to the Museum of the First Albanian School in Kosovo, Stublla has other cultural and religious monuments that attract many visitors. Added to this is the beautiful and virgin nature with an altitude of 1000 m, easy to explore and enjoy, from where you can see all of Kosovo in the palm of your hand. A good, soft, folded relief, an impressive configuration that fascinates and inspires you, that makes you want to return to it the moment you leave it.
Based on these very important moments, many scientific, literary and cultural activities of the year are organized in Stubëlle. This has made this place, within the year, to be visited by people not only from Europe, but also beyond.
The good network of roads (already in the process of asphalting) brings Stubla close to the border towns (Kumanova - North Macedonia, about 30 km, as well as Preshevo - Serbia), while it is separated by 17 km from Gjilan and 60 km from Pristina, . and thus made Stubla a place to become attractive to many. Also, it should be taken into account that this place is separated from the Albanian coast by about 300 km (or 2.5 hours by car), and through the airports (Pristina, Skopje, Kukës, Tirana) 2h flight to all European countries.
What makes Stubla attractive is the fact that it is among the rare representatives that has a homogeneous population, a unique mentality, culture and history with all the pure Albanian characteristics that it has inherited, cultivated over the centuries.
Bottom line: Alba21Swiss is a project with 2 commercial buildings (Bisneszentrum), in which today's presence of global connections is physically combined with a showroom... And not only that. It is a unique project in Kosovo, which harmoniously and magically connects the spirit of nature🏔🏔
