*Key Responsibilities:*
· Provide basic first aid and handle minor wound care, including sutures.
· Assist with client consultations and services at the propharmacy.
· Manage client registrations and support at the hotspot zone.
· Maintain accurate digital records and use relevant software systems.
· Deliver professional, compassionate customer service to a diverse clientele.

*Mandatory Requirements:*

· Certified Assistant Nurse or equivalent qualification.
· Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
· Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, record-keeping software).
· Practical knowledge of wound care, sutures, and basic first aid.
· Must reside within the Biyemassi-Obili neighborhood.
· Ability to work flexibly in a shift system.

Work Schedule (24/7 Operation):

· Shift 1: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
· Shift 2: 5:30 PM – 7:30 AM

· Competitive performance-based salary:
· 30% of monthly profit generated from the propharmacy for the first 3 months.
· 15% commission from hotspot zone ticket sales (serving 850+ clients).

REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Administration Accountant will provide comprehensive support in administrative functions while overseeing
accounting operations and payroll processes. This role ensures the efficient management of financial reporting,
adherence to internal controls, and compliance with regulations, thus contributing to the overall financial health
and operational efficiency of the organization.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
▪ Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
▪ Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payments to staff.
▪ Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other departments as needed.
▪ Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
▪ Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure the timely resolution of any findings.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration Assistant:
