THE DAY MY BODY SAID “ENOUGH” AND THE SMALL RED CONTAINER THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING.

Let me confess something.
I’m not one of these “health supplement people.”
You know the type drinking smoothies made of grass, jogging at 5AM, shouting “detox” every weekend.
