LYDOL MAKES A PUBLIC STATEMENT.

Cameroonian urban artist Lydol who unfortunately has received backlash from many in the past hours has come out to make a statement concerning the mûrder case of a minor implicating her dad in Younde.

In a love session which lasted few minutes, she's criéd profusely and apologized to the family and her fans stating that she condemns all forms of violénce irrespective of the circumstances. She further urges the law to take it's course and make sure justice is served accordingly.

In honor and respect for the berieved family, she has cancelled her upcoming concerts in Yaounde and Paris that were scheduled for the 23rd May and 7th June respectively.

"Trapped in childhood"

We just wrapped up the arts interpretation challenge by Squamosartsrebirth for the arts work titled "Trapped in childhood". We are really impressed with the entries .

The good news is that this masterpiece was exhibited in an arts gallery in Cyprus and guests were marvelled by it. They couldn't help but wonder where he got his inspiration from.

I encourage everyone to read through the interpretations we received and you wouldn't be disappointed.

This project by Skiezy Ayenkea and Big Hookz is testament to the fact that when something is good, people will connect with it.

The results since it's release are there to back up these claims. The artists put up a great performance and music lovers have no choice than to enjoy.

The track is going viral in Cameroon, USA and West Africa with many hip hop lovers and dance groups feeling the hit.

The numbers on YouTube are mad. 100k+ in a week. That's massive.

They need our support.

Floyd Charisma aka the wild man of Kumba is extremely talented in what he does, comedy. He is one of the few stand up comedians we have around here. You will agree with me that doing standup comedy is a very difficult task but the guy does it effortlessly. He equally does skits like his crazy recording sessions during which he intentionally goes off key. This doesn't just make his audience laugh but passes very important messages.

He has been doing so many skits too. He recently released a skit showcasing a typical Kumba junkies in collaboration with Peace T . Watch it on his page.

Peace T on the other hand calls herself "The Mboko Virgin". She's been in the rap/trap business for a while now and has been putting in the work but she has recently gotten a new motivation. She got an invite to legendary rapper Jovi 's bootcamp. She played some of her songs to the legend who gave her a shout out. Peace is leveraging on this and showing the world what she can do. She's been dropping freestyle after freestyle using the famous slangs from the Mbokogod.

Cameroon hip hop 🔥🔥🔥

"BERI" is that recently released track by rappers Skiezy Ayenkea and Big Hookz . This song aims at giving praise (beri) to the most high God for everything good in the rappers lives.

Shot in the streets of Bonaberi Douala, the song aims at showcasing the beautiful gate way to the city while demonstrating it's resilience. Bonaberi equally known as "Beri" is an entertainment hob in Douala.

It has produced some of the very "big heads" of hip hop so it just feels good seeing the town in the lime light through a project like this.

Just to let you know, "Beri" is almost clocking 10k views in less than 24hrs. These are huge numbers and we must appreciate the artists.
