Thickness /high density screen printing paste
Features: Good fastness, soft hand feel, moderate elasticity, suitable for manual and machine printing.
Process steps
Paste need 2% of additive(shiped with product)
1.Use Clear paste for 4-6times directly printing on the mesh(80-120)
2.mix with white paste clear paste and pigment to your required color paste brush on the top for 3-4 times
3.thickness paste usually need to heatting for 5 minutes under the 130-140℃
then you will get this effect.

Screen printing process -foaming paste
1.use clear screen printing paste make base layer for fastness
2.35% foaming paste + white/ clear paste（added color）2 time brush
3.when it dry ，usd 120-155 ℃ heat priessing machine heats the printed area for 8 Seconds.

*using our SN-201paste brush 3-4times.
*using heater to let the printed fabric dry.
* covering a flocking transfer paper *pressing under a heat pressing machine at 180-185℃ for 15- 20seconds.
