吃飯的時候就能面對古老名畫、更有織錦畫等難以見到的威尼斯貴族饗宴情景。這次土生葡人兼澳門小姐麥嘉欣，帶我們去吃澳葡菜，飽嘗“眼福”和“口福”。
麥小姐推薦說，“咖啡廷”這家店特別之處是除了美饌佳餚，更為賓客獻上非凡的視覺享受：餐廳的室內設計以傳統歐洲餐館為藍本，並滲入許多藝術的元素。作為一家有著藝術氣息的傳統歐洲餐館，餐廳內掛有一幅壯麗的織錦畫，展示威尼斯人豪華餐饗場面。

◾️白酒芫荽炒蜆
這是葡餐特色之一，也正好因為澳門臨海、原料也很新鮮。店家會很細緻處理海鮮的沙子，讓它浸泡兩小時後才會繼續炒。而倒入白酒煮沸後的蜆彷彿被注入了靈魂、肉質較軟嫩。嘉賓麥嘉欣給我們介紹了一個tip，可以用烤麵包沾湯汁、再擠上酸爽的檸檬汁提鮮，整個都吃光光，更是多重滋味。
◾️葡式海鮮飯
葡式海鮮飯的特別之處，就是它有特質高湯，而這樣煮成的飯軟綿多汁、美味甘香，再加上鮮甜的魷魚、蝦、蜆、鱸魚，上乘的海鮮原料配合黑胡椒歐芹等調味，美味又有營養，秀氣精緻。
◾️炸馬介休球
這道葡式家常必備的菜餚讓嘉賓麥嘉欣“又愛又恨”：由鱈魚、薯仔、麵包糠等做原料的馬介休球，取自於馬介休的魚肉，炸到金黃後誘人可口。為了保持身材，麥嘉欣不會多食，但偶爾仍然難以抵擋炸馬介休球帶來的“誘惑”。
