Test # - Thermal Cycle Test for Hardened SCAPC Drop Cables
From June 23 to June 30, 2025, our Quality Control department completed the Thermal Cycle Test for Hardened SCAPC Drop Cables. This test simulates extreme environmental conditions to ensure that the drop cables can still transmit signals stably without an increase in attenuation that would affect the end user's normal internet access.
We monitored both insertion loss and return loss values at temperatures of minus 40°C and plus 75°C, and both values were within the acceptable range. All tested samples passed the test.
This is Rayoptic's commitment to the reliability assurance of the drop cables we produce.

At Rayoptic’s manufacturing facility, quarterly reliability tests are conducted on our Hardened Fiber Optic Connectors ( ) in accordance with the Quality Control Department's Control Plan. These reliability assessments cover both Environmental Performance and Durability.

From June 14 to June 21, 2025, our quality team successfully completed the Thermal Aging Test. All tested samples passed this evaluation. The next scheduled assessment will be the Thermal Cycling Test.

For our fiber optic connectivity # products used in broadband # applications, Rayoptic consistently adheres to GR-326-Core, GR-3120-Core, and GR-1221-Core standards—often exceeding them in key performance areas. We remain committed to delivering reliability and performance our partners can trust.
