1. The phenomenon of dripping ink from the machine is that a certain color dripped onto the canvas suddenly during printing, and it is very serious. At this time, it is necessary to observe whether the safety bottle of the machine has been flushed with ink of this color. If it has entered, please refer to the problem of pump ink runaway. If there is no ink in the safety bottle, and the amount of ink dripping is not very large, first observe whether there are many foreign objects under the nozzle, such as whether there is a lot of cloth wool stuck to it. If it is, brush it with cleaning fluid. There is also to see if there is no ink in the ink tank, causing a lot of air to enter the pipe.

2. After cleaning the nozzle, ink dripping in a certain color is not limited. If it is a single color dripping ink, it is basically caused by the failure of the solenoid valve from the secondary ink bottle to the safety bottle. The solenoid valve should be replaced. If all four colors are dripping, you should see if the dish filter on the safety bottle is blocked, or remove the filter directly to see if it drops again.

Remarks: Most of the dripping ink is the problem of the solenoid valve except that the pump ink is out of control or there is no ink in the ink tank.
